Mark Copeland is a returning citizen who has received a master’s degree at Liberty University in Human Service Counseling in Executive Leadership. He is currently working on his doctorate degree in Education and Community Care at Liberty University.

He has worked at Allegheny Family Network in the Father’s Involved Now program assisting single fathers raising children with mental disorders. He has worked at The Academy Group Home, Circle C Independent Home for Young Men, Holy Families. Pyramid Residential Rehabilitation for teens, Parental Stress Center, Allegheny Community Home Care and Global Adult Care Home. Using his knowledge and experience as a graduate in the Human Service and Psychology Field and pursuing a Doctorate degree, his focus is on mental therapy while providing personal care services to older adults, youth, and young adults.

In 2007, Mark and his wife Symone had a shared vision to help empower returning citizens through a nonprofit organization called Home, Inc. The mission is to educate, encourage and empower men and women by providing the tools necessary to maintain long term self-sufficiency by bridging the gap of achievement and making an impact in society by serving and learning – through each other and peers.
